#Repost @domheapfitness with @repostapp. ・・・ So I've just experienced my first 'float' and I have to say it was awesome!! I just laid there in a flotation pod full of Epsom salt and can honestly say I feel re-energised and rejuvenated! Massive shout out to Chris @the_floatworks for inviting me down to try it!
