#Repost @theblondeethos (via @repostapp) ・・・ FLOATING Spent yesterday afternoon at @the_floatworks - a perfect way to finish up a relaxing bank holiday weekend 👌🏼 To be honest I probably spent just as much time swishing back and forth in the pod pretending to be a mermaid as I did focusing on my breathing and meditating, but that was just as relaxing 🙌🏼 It's so beneficial and feels so rewarding to deliberately take time for yourself. If you haven't already, plan some 'me time' into your week ☺️
