#Repost @arderelife (via @repostapp) ・・・ So yesterday @emilys_journal and I visited @the_floatworks for one hour of floating in our very own meditation tank 😂😂😂😂😂 The tank is filled with Epsom salts, which enables you to become completely buoyant on water. All you need to do is wait for the lid to close, turn out the lights and relax 😌😴 The magnesium salts can aid muscular tension and energy production, whilst the act of floating helps to reduce cortisol levels (which is our stress hormone), therefore lowering stress on the body.
